licua todo esto junto .
coloca los cortes de arachera en un recipiente de vidrio (nunca de metal o barro) y ve cubriendolos con esta salsa, dejalos marinar durante 5 horas.
saca los cortes carne escurre la salsa y asalos al carbon te prometo que probaras la mejor arrachera de toda tu vida.
un detalle.- por favor no le vayas a poner sal al marinado, de lo contrario la carne saldra muy reseca.
